Once upon a time.

Once upon a time in a land far away, I was a restaurant host. After ending my employment at an establishment that will remain unnamed, I decided It was my duty to the world to teach you, the public (namely those who have never worked in food service) the behind the scenes of restaurants, tell some stories and share some of the most annoying moments from my time as a host. My hopes are that in sharing everyone can become a little more understanding and also, a little entertained.  So welcome to my stories, to my blog. Enjoy!
